It has been pointed out to me that there are certain situations where
this is particularly awkward:  where someone has an existing pop3 box
and wants to temporarily copy it to another address.

The issue is that POP3 and forwarder deliveries are handle by different
Exim directors, so it is difficult to allow a single delivery to be
handled by both directors.  

I'm certainly open to suggestions for how to implement this.
