rmed and Irrevocable, 100% at sight against presentation of shipment docume=

Sales terms: In Bulk=2E

Inspection: SGS Brazil at loading port=2E

Performance Bond: The seller issue one performace bond in amount of 2% of t=

Procedures:

1) Buyer=B4s send ICPO and sign the acceptance the soft offer (sign and ret=

2) Seller=B4s issues Draft Contract=2E

3) Buyer reviews the draft contract and makes changes for seller=B4s final =
approval=2E

4) Final contract is issued by seller after approval, and then The buyer si=
gns and returns a copy to seller=2E

5) Buyer=B4s bank issues L/C=2E

6) Seller=B4s bank issues 2 % PB=2E

7) Shipments shall commence after the fulfillment of the procedures, as per=
 the terms and conditions of the sales / purchase contract, and deliveries =
shall continue until full amount of contracted quantity=2E

Date of loading: within 30-45 days after receipt and verification of the Bu=

Contract: 12 months and may be extended by mutual agreement=2E

Payment terms: Secured by 100% Irrevocable and Transferable Letter of Credi=
