Is there a particular reason why you need 3.22?

These packages do seem to have been built with mysql support, however,
which is useful.  OTOH, if you just want a 3.12 with the appropriate
support built in you could try this one:

   http://iw3d.co.uk/~mark/debian/exim_3.12-10_i386.deb

No warranty, etc. etc.
