  TTCM China Expands; Targets Mineral Resource Market; Seeks Govt Vanadium Mining License; Signs Agreement With Processing Plan</strong></font></p>

    <strong>Mountain View </strong><strong>, CA, </strong><strong>August 23 </strong>, 2005 (BUSINESSWIRE) -- TTCM China, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TTCH) is known as a leading supplier of glass-reinforced plastic pipes, but now the Company is expanding into a promising new field: Mineral Mining and Processing, according to Jiqun Wang, Chairman and President.</p>
<p>TTCM China is currently negotiating a government license for the mining of the rare and valuable mineral, vanadium, in Guong Xi Province. Vanadium is an essential element in binding titanium to steel as well as in nuclear power generation applications.</p>
<p>The company has also signed a tentative agreement with a mineral processing plant in the region which can process the vanadium . The Company could be in position to extract, process and produce vanadium in the very near future, said Wang, adding a whole new enterprise to the business of TTCM China .</p>
<p>The Company is still growing its main business of producing glass-reinforced plastic water pipe, with 30% of the vast market in China , while it expands sales into the international market, including the US . Expansion to processing and delivering natural mineral resource is a part of TTCM's long-term strategy.</p>
<p>Vanadium metal is important in a number of areas. Its structural strength and neutron cross section properties makes it useful in nuclear applications. The metal is used for producing rust-resistant springs and steels used for making tools. About 80% of the vanadium now produced is used as ferrovanadium or as a steel additive. Vanadium foil is used as a bonding agent in biding titanium to steel </p>
<p>Vanadium compounds are used for dyeing and printing fabrics. A vanadium-gallium mixture is used in producing superconductive magnets. Pentoxide V 2 O 5 is used in ceramics and as a chemical catalyst. </p>
