[tpop3d-discuss]outlook again

Hi,

This problem was once discussed but tpop3d still doesn't workaround outlook=
=20
bugs.

What about such patch?

Currently tpop3d has such things as ,,bug workarounds'' - option
tls-no-bug-workarounds exists.

Maybe such outlook workaround also should depend on some option like:
client-bug-workarounds: true/false?
