Ahh. I knew I wasn't crazy. That's why we see seemingly random duplicate 
messages.

It sucks not following the RFC's. Sometimes it comes to that, though... tpop3d 
already doesn't follow the RFC's by default with timeout values, so it 
shouldn't be a huge "moral" leap...
