How to start tpop3d in STLS and SSL/995 mode at the same time?

I've tried:
listen-address:0.0.0.0;tls=3Dstls,/etc/httpd/server.crt,/etc/httpd/server.k=
ey
listen-address:0.0.0.0;tls=3Dimmediate,/etc/httpd/server.crt,/etc/httpd/ser=
ver.key
but that doesn't work.

If this is not possible then treat this as feature request :-)

Another request would be option to force STLS mode and do not allow fetchin=

mail via not encrypted connection.
