im getting an error

and in the conf file 

64.49.49.51(oldworld-tile.com) 64.49.49.14(petposts.com) 64.49.49.35(midsouthfurniture.com) 64.49.49.56(elvispresleyheights.com)

we have a whole band of ips and domains..

and reason why is trying to bind 64.49.0.49??
