[tpop3d-discuss] Compiling from CVS

I am trying to compile from cvs but various files like configure are miss=
ing.=20
Normally in this situation I can run something like make -f Makefil.cvs o=
r=20
some sort of autogen.sh, but I don't see anything like that.

What do I do to get past this?
