How bizarre. Can you try with the fix? Could you also add
log_print(LOG_ERR, "ioabs_tcp_immediate_write(%p, %p, %d)", c, buf, (int)count);
at the top of ioabs_tcp_immediate_write -- this will
produce a great deal of log output -- and tell me what it
says immediately before the `connection reset by peer'
error?
I don't think I have a machine with Outlook 2000 on it. I
guess I'll have to find one....
