Sure, I know it is _possible_, but a sane value is not forced, since bsd
is hard-coded. In previous versions, I think there was something like a
"default mailbox-type", that was bsd and was automagically changed, if
bsd was disabled with configure.
As said, it's no drama, but would be nice to fix this.
