Hi,
a customer who uses Netscape 4 for mail (seems to be the only one)
complained about not being able to login to our server (several virtual
domains with exim and vmail-sql setup).
Netscape seems to have some trouble using the @ in a username.
We recently switched from gnupop3d to tpop3d. With gnupop3d you could
use localpart:domain for username with Netscape.
Is it possible to do this with tpop3d?
On the other hand the Netscape 4 mail client is quite a piece of
antique software, can't see why anyone would want to use it.
But try telling THEM ...

greetings,
Jens.
