Yeah - I realised that.  The non-fatal failure thing came up after the
0.12 release, so I merged the changes with your patch, but only for the
ioctl code and left the other code as a TODO (see comment at the top of
addrs_dlpi.c).

This came up as an issue when running iftop on an i/f with no IP
address.
