Dear Everyone,
   
  As you are aware the AGM will take place on 18th February at 8.00 p.m. after a short practice.
  I will put the draft copies of the minutes taken last year of the AGM and the EGM in the ringing chamber 2 weeks beforehand. If you would like me to e-mail you a copy personally, please let me know.
  I will also confirm the agenda then, too.
   
  If you have organised a SCY peal in another tower, please ensure it is recorded in the peal book. (My congratulations to the very commemorative quarter peal that was successfully rung Sunday January 13th.) 
  The Election of Officers form is on the notice board.
