Many thanks for an impressive report on the tower and bells. A lot of
work has gone into this, and you've produced a clear and
comprehensive statement. I'd just like to comment briefly on a couple
of things which have come up in exchanges:

I mentioned this to Clarke Walters at the Guild AGM on Sunday. His
opinion is that GSM is comfortably in the middle range of 12s, so no
more than half-way down the ranking.
