I'm pleased to report that in the final of the national 12 bell
competition at Bristol today the Cambridge band was placed a creditable
5th. This is our best result in the last 12 years.
There was a high standard of ringing by all teams, and the judges praised
our "very good inherent rhythm".
Being placed 5th in the final is a very encouraging result, and reflects
some of the excellent striking we have achieved week in week out at GSM.
Full results are below. Thanks to all!
