  A meeting will be held on Monday July 2nd at 8.30 p.m. after practice to discuss the report to be sent to the Property and PCC committees as application for the new ring of bells.
   
  Copies of the report will be sent (as soon as it has been written) to you a week beforehand to allow time to read it. Any comments before the meeting would be helpful especially given the timescale.
