Dear All,
14 day (or so) reminder of the EGM on 14th May 2007 from 8.00 p.m. - abbreviated ringing practice.
There should be a full report from the working party available at the ringing practice on 30th April. The working party has reequested that any comments, queries, questions beforehand would be appreciated and may help structure the meeting.
The meeting concerns essentially the situation with the bells but a little time at the end needs to be allocated to health and safety re. fire in the ringing chamber.
Very few have made a response regarding a Youths dinner towards the end of the Michaelmas term. If you have responded - ignore this; if not, please make your wishes known. Maybe after the EGM, information could be shared if that is a preferred route but please let me know something! Especially if we need to book a room somewhere.
